Yzer is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and five other key executives. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing logistics company where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting executive operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, with exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage a variety of tasks, including calendar and schedule management, events, project oversight, correspondence, and internal communications, all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay Scale: $58K to $68K
Shift: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide seamless administrative support to the CEO and five executives, ensuring efficient coordination of their activities and initiatives.
· Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel for the CEO and executive team.
· Oversee the execution of executive-led projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and achieved.
· Organize and prepare meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary materials and presentations are ready in advance. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
· Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, memos, reports) with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
· Serve as a liaison between executives and other teams, fostering collaboration, smooth communication, and positive working relationships across the company.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters.
· Assist in streamlining workflows and improving internal processes to increase efficiency for the leadership team.
· Provide proactive support to the CEO and executives as needed, anticipating their needs and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
· Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage competing priorities.
· Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with senior executives and internal teams.
· Quick-thinking and resourceful, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a capacity to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
· Proven organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and concise correspondence and reports.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with project management tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
· Absolute professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
· Knowledge of the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
· Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment is preferred
