The Solutions Engineer is a trusted advisor who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a customer / partner business problem. This person will work to balance various aspects of the project from design to implementation. Additionally, they will partner with the team with operational best practices, translate business needs to operational specifications, build proof-of-concept (POCs) and seek to find cost-effective solutions for the organization.

- Job Responsibilities :
- Technical support
- Design customized cost solutions in partnership with Operations and Business Integration teams for new business opportunities.
- Research, recommend, and help implement new software or technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Design precise roadmaps to illustrate how business and technology partners can implement the solution to move from current to future business state.
- Problem-solving
- Resolve operational issues and roadblocks that affect daily business operations.
- Develop strategies to address problems or inefficiencies quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer-facing issues.
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assess the business impact that certain operational choices can have and provide guidance to commercial and operational teams
- Reporting
- Gather, interpret, and present operational data to support decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports for upper management
- Translate business needs to operational specifications.
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.
- Product demonstrations
- Create product demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate how solutions can accelerate a client's business strategy.
- Work with stakeholders across teams to ensure the requirements of potential customers are met through customized feature requests and monitor progress.
- Qualifications :
