Piper Companies is hiring an Onsite Technical Helpdesk Associate for a local food and beverage manufacturing company. The Onsite Technical Helpdesk Associate will need to work onsite 5 days per week in Durham, NC. This role is a 6 month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities for the Onsite Technical Helpdesk Associate:
- Troubleshoot onsite (Computers conference rooms, audio, video, etc.
- Configure new laptops
- Troubleshoot Microsoft suite
Requirements for the Onsite Technical Helpdesk Associate:
- 2 years of experience of support and troubleshooting experience
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Networking and user permissions
Compensation for the Onsite Technical Helpdesk Associate:
- $20.000-$28.00/ hour
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
