Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Senior Sales Leader for a multinational custom technology solutions company located in either Uptown Charlotte, or Midtown NYC. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week), and direct hire.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, focused on financial services accounts. In this role, you will work closely with clients in the banking and financial services industry, leveraging your expertise in technology sales to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing financial services clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new lines of business within current accounts.
Business Development:
- Generate new leads and close deals with a focus on financial services clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to position technology solutions, including cloud, data analytics, and other advanced technologies.
Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Articulate the value of various technology platforms and services to decision-makers within client organizations.
Market Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts while identifying new revenue streams.
- Familiarity with technology solutions such as cloud computing, data analytics, and payment platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative yet independent environment.
