Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Schedule: 5 & 2, 40 hour per week
Zadok Technologies is accepting résumés for an Admin Assistant to work in the Corpus Christi area. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing individual with excellent people skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Complete admin paperwork in a timely manner
- Data entry from Electrical projects into spreadsheets and other online databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel a must
- Communicate daily status/production reports to customer representatives
Required Qualifications:
- 1 or 2 years of experience as a Clerk, Admin Assistant, or Receptionist required
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
