As a Concierge, you will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and various services to enhance their experience at our hotel or resort.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel or resort amenities.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist guests with reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all guest requests are documented and followed up on.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs effectively.
- Stay informed about hotel policies, local events, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or concierge role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is a plus but not required.
