Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries from potential customers regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and features.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with leads, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure accurate inventory control and timely updates on vehicle availability.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using dealership software systems.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to nurture leads and promote dealership offerings.
- Assist in creating promotional content for online platforms to attract potential buyers.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and inventory changes to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with inventory control systems and sales software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
