Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments, including sales, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Follow up on customer inquiries and schedule appointments
- Answer basic questions about company operations and services
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
- Sort through emails
- Update client portfolios
- Create sales materials
Customer Service Support:
- Answer inbound calls to the main company number during team breaks/vacations
- Direct and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or team members
Operations Support:
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of the company CRM databases
- Help with document preparation and filing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM software (preferred)
