Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments, including sales, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Answer basic questions about company operations and services
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Sort through emails
  • Update client portfolios
  • Create sales materials

Customer Service Support:

  • Answer inbound calls to the main company number during team breaks/vacations
  • Direct and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or team members

Operations Support:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of the company CRM databases
  • Help with document preparation and filing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
