Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to identify key requirements and potential challenges.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information and clarify scope of work.
Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Analyze historical cost data and industry trends to develop accurate pricing models and forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, including all necessary documentation and cost breakdowns.
