Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director Remote Video Monitoring Center Operations to oversee and optimize our remote security monitoring operations. This leadership role involves managing a team of monitoring personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing advanced surveillance technology, and maintaining compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video surveillance, operations management, and remote team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote video monitoring center.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high service levels and compliance.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to ensure 24/7 monitoring coverage.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence.
- Gather client feedback and implement service improvements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video monitoring operators and supervisors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure continuous training on surveillance best practices, emergency response, and security protocols.
Technology & Security Compliance:
- Improve reporting and implement KPI's to streamline operations and monitor staff
- Work with IT and security teams to maintain system reliability and cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy laws, and client security policies.
Incident Management & Reporting:
- Develop and enforce protocols for identifying and responding to security incidents.
- Review and analyze incident reports to improve operational procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding security events and escalations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years in operations management, security monitoring, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.
- Proficiency in video surveillance software, cloud-based video monitoring platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to analyze incidents, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
