What you will be doing:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dual role, you will oversee both office operations and the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll be an integral part of the team, collaborating with subcontractors, project teams, and clients to maintain efficiency, uphold accuracy, and foster creativity in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, document preparation, and digital file organization.
- Monitor inventory and manage office supplies within budget.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from conception to completion.
- Develop and track project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Source and manage quality subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Client Relations:
- Conduct client follow-ups post-project completion to gather feedback and encourage reviews.
- Facilitate client showings and walkthroughs, ensuring their vision is fully realized.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Report project progress, budgets, and risks to the CEO.
- Act as the central point of communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements for future projects.
Who You Are:
- You have a bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
