What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental maintenance position at Zehr Building?
Zehr Building Properties, LLC, is GROWING AGAIN!!! We currently have openings for rental maintenance positions. A strong candidate would be one that has experience in trim, cabinetry, flooring, drywall and painting. Experience in mechanicals (plumbing, electrical) a plus but not required. This would be a full time position with paid vacation, paid holidays and matching 401K after successful evaluation/introduction period. We offer competitive wages based on experience. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE.
