Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Zelis. This role is crucial in supporting our primary Executives and senior Sales Leaders, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency through effective scheduling, project support, and communication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings, collaborating with Zelis associates for intricate meeting arrangements.
  • Confirm meeting objectives, participant lists, and necessary materials to ensure seamless calendar management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant and other administrative professionals to facilitate timely and appropriate communication.
  • Provide essential daily support to primary Executives and senior Sales Leaders as required.
  • Assist in project management and workflow coverage, as directed by the Executive Assistant.
  • Oversee travel and meeting arrangements in strict adherence to Zelis policies.
  • Prepare impactful presentation materials utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Process weekly expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Compose various forms of correspondence, including memos and letters.
  • Greet visitors and prepare meeting spaces accordingly.
  • Maintain organized calendars, contact lists, files, and contracts while ensuring confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
