Guest Experience Assistant

The Tides Signature RV Resort, located in Palmetto, FL, is looking for a Guest Experience Assistant. This position is responsible for helping with the planning, coordinating and executing of daily, weekly and monthly activities, and events at the RV Resort. In addition to assisting with all concierge services for guests.

Essential Job Duties

• Plan, coordinate, attend, and manage all guest activities, events, excursions, and concierge services.
• Prepare for activities and events, including arranging for food and beverages, soliciting, and scheduling volunteers, booking entertainers, collecting ticket/sale money, etc. Set-up and clean-up after events.
• Work closely with Resort Manager and Guest Experience Director on guest newsletter and distribute to resort guests.
• Track event attendance, vendor utilization, income, and expenses for each activity.
• Source vendors, entertainers, third party excursions opportunities, local community business partners, grassroots marketing, etc.
• Assist with ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely.
• Support resort guests with concierge services, including answering guest questions, arranging third party services, local community recommendations and more.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in recreational activities preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
• Computer proficiency, including the internet, Google suite; Publisher and Constant Contact
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
