They thrive on owning the Property Management revenue goals and will do what it takes to get there.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development As the Business Development Manager, you are the primary driver for acquiring new Owners with rental properties to manage.Negotiate and draft Management Agreements for new clients that align with Zeniths client profile and profitability targets.Develop and / or bring positive business relationships with a network to drive referrals.Develop and execute initiatives for cold lead sourcing. Confidently pitch services to lead sources.Collaborate with Marketing Manager on lead generation, ensuring marketing campaigns have a positive ROI. Confidently master LeadSimple CRM and follow guidelines for lead response time and lead nurturing.
