This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Sr. Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his / her portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. Sr. Campaign Managers train Campaign Specialists on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication.The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. Sr. Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, manage, and optimize Paid Social media campaigns for agency clients (e.g. auction / reserve based Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, or LinkedIn promotions) both independently, and in support of senior members of the team while meeting or surpassing client performance expectationsMaintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repositoryLead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaignsDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client serviceQA campaigns to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performanceManage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchPartner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsLead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Associate Campaign ManagersAttend client meetings, as neededParticipate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to ensure best practices are leveraged across OptimediaQualifications2 years of experience in bid management, campaign management / optimization, or digital media operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project management skillsStrong desire to contribute to a teamAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
