We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with experience working on Web data collection systems and technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, SQL Server, along with strong proficiency in Web APIs, React, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. The Lead Developer will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting multiple web-based student data collection systems. This role requires a combination of technical excellence, leadership, and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web-based student data collection applications.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Oversee code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding standards within the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers, to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain and enhance database performance, write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Implement and maintain best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
- Document technical designs, system architectures, and support procedures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong experience with .NET (Core or Framework), C#, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
- Extensive front-end development experience with React, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Strong understanding of application security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead development teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with student information systems or educational technology solutions.
