What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Account Executive, Health and Wellness position at Zeno Group?
We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support our Health & Wellness team. You will collaborate within the team, provide client service support and maintain a broad scope of day-to-day account work.
Our clients range from biopharmaceutical manufacturers and marketers, to consumer health product, to health service providers for physicians and patients.
You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, understand traditional and non-traditional PR tactics and the media landscape, and drive great results for clients while building great relationships with your clients and your team.
\n- Attend meetings, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps.
- Build strong relationships with client and vendor contacts & proactively manage correspondence.
- Demonstrate familiarity of regulatory processes and landscapes.
- Demonstrate understanding of healthcare terminology.
- Exhibit strong focus on traditional PR and technical writing and working with media.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time and on budget.
- Media relations, tracking, reporting, and social media monitoring.
- Work with multiple people simultaneously across various projects.
- Write, edit, and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles.
- Interest in Public Relations and/or Communications
- Interest in the Health & Wellness space
- Interest in trends
- Attention to detail is key.
- Drive results and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills, experience crafting pitches, releases, contributed articles.
- Previous internship experience in PR; agency experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients preferred.
- Solid grasp of all basic public relations tools and how they affect the client.
