Position Overview:
ZEO Energy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing project timelines and ensuring seamless coordination between construction teams, project managers, and operations personnel. The Scheduling Coordinator will develop and maintain project schedules, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate daily and monthly schedules for field team members, making necessary adjustments based on project needs, staffing requirements, and fluctuating workloads.
- Monitor and track field employee attendance to ensure all scheduled calendar events are adhered to.
- Communicate schedule changes and staffing updates to relevant team members and departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies when managing schedules.
- Track and report employee tardiness, unplanned absences, and leave requests to leadership.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the construction and operations teams to ensure project schedules align with deliverables and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction scheduling (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in typing and general computer applications.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and implement effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the solar industry is a plus but not required.
