Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Solar Retention Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in project management by progressing stagnant accounts and clearing stipulations to ensure the smooth operation and success of our solar energy projects. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer retention. The ideal candidate is someone who has sold well, who knows the ins and outs of solar, and who can communicate effectively between homeowners, operations, and installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with customers regarding their project
- Assist with project management and handle escalated accounts.
- Resolve concerns regarding solar design, installation, roof quotes and financing as well as any solar-related issues that are holding projects up
- Drive revenue to increase the profitability and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous door to door sales experience
- 2 Years if no a solar sales closer experience but has worked in a different industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Onsite working preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
