Server: Fish House

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and one-of-a-kind dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a timely fashion when seated

- Provide detailed information on food and beverage options

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional and efficient manner

- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers leave

- Sanitate tables, chairs, utensils, and other dining equipment

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Server is important from casual, upscale casual to fine dining

- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
