About the Team: The ZF Garrett team supports packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics and steering products for automotive service distribution. This role will be collaborative working with the operations team to ensure the packaging of the product meets the customers needs.
What you can look forward to as a Quality Auditor/Inspector:
- Complete quality inspections on incoming supplier shipments using process sheets or other criteria.
- Manage customer returns through logging, inspection and system transactions.
- Physically move product in and out of Quality hold locations.
- Transfer product in and out of Quality hold
- Conduct internal audits such as LPA's, first piece inspection, product or process audits with operations
- Coordinate inspection activities with receiving, operations and/or external sort companies.
Your profile as a Quality Auditor/Inspector:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems (bpcs, SAP)
- Familiar with business management systems (IATF16949, ISO9000, ISO14000)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
