Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney , you will play a key role in litigation strategy, case management, and client representation. Your responsibilities include :
Legal Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on complex legal matters to support case strategy.Case Management : Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents while managing case deadlines and procedural requirements.Client Advocacy : Maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic legal guidance.Discovery Process : Assist in drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and deposition preparations.Court Representation : Appear at hearings, depositions, and legal proceedings to advocate on behalf of clients.Legal Writing : Prepare persuasive legal briefs, memoranda, and arguments to support litigation.Trial Preparation : Support trial teams through witness interviews, exhibit preparation, and strategic case development.Professional Development : Take advantage of the firm's ongoing training programs and mentorship to grow your expertise.What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar .Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to analyze and present complex legal issues effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for court appearances, client interactions, and team collaboration.Time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle caseloads and meet deadlines.A commitment to professional ethics, client advocacy, and continuous learning .Perks & Benefits
