Main Purpose of the Role :
Ensure technical authorization, roles, responsibilities, access in systems are technically mapped well in place and support technical support as desk-technician
Main Tasks :
- Ensure System authorizations, access and role mapping for employees around the region is done on time and well in place by bridging between users and HQ-IT_AUTH team
- Ensure smooth and systematic onboarding of employees in terms of various systems accesses with focussed communication.
- To support as a desk technician as remote / local for regional offices and USA office for IT technical services, PC / Network / Mobile Support / Videoconference
- To Liaise with relevant SME (subject Matter experts) in HQ and Regional-IT and co-ordinate for all support for PC / network / IT Infra / Telephony
- To deploy images & disseminate IT and Security policies to the agency users and manage IT assets
- To Support Local Systems and Business Applications
- To coordinate with HQ / Regional office IT teams.
- To support users, handle remedy tickets / pc problems / tracing remedy status, etc.
- IT Agreement coordination and follow up.
- IT budgets submit / review / control.
- Communicate with various IT vendors & Telecom for purchasing / IT with IT PO creation
- To support office renovations projects in IT Infra aspects.
