- Salary: $88-100k
- Lead CNC programming for multi-axis machines and traditional lathes/mills.
- Design and validate processes, tools, and fixtures for CNC applications.
- Implement production improvements, including automation and robotics.
- Manage material orders, cost estimates, and ERP processes.
- Advise on equipment, manufacturing methods, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 2 years of trade school or associate’s degree.
- 8 years of CNC machining experience.
- 3 years in CNC programming (Mastercam or similar).
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with GD&T and G-code
- Experience with 5-axis mills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and PPAP
- Must be proactive, hands-on, and an effective communicator.
- ERP System experience - preferably with PLEX

Salary : $88,000 - $100,000
