- $28.00-$30.50/hourly
- Night shift: 6pm-6am (3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)
- Full Benefits/Vacation/Holiday Pay (Benefits Eligibility on 1st Day of Employment) 401K: 6% Match, Vested Day 1 of Employment
- Mold set-ups and changes
- Examines tools, machines, and processes to maximize tool and process utilization and ensure all processes and tools are running accurately.
- Develops and establishes manufacturing process parameters.
- Assists with color changes.
- Works with Quality, Processing, Automation and Tooling to fix higher level problems.
- Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with mold design and hot runner systems.
- 3-5 years’ general injection molding troubleshooting experience.
- Computer skills necessary to effectively utilize CIM.
