Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
- Provide knowledgeable product insight provide confident product suggestions
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online chats
- Coordinate with other team members on sales leads
- Employing sales skills to increase the average order value of customers
- Prompt customers for written reviews of our business and your service via online review collection methods
- Assist product showroom customers who visit our physical location (coming soon!)
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or GED - required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and instant messaging
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-reliant organizational skills & accountability
- Ability and willingness to learn our product catalog
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service environment
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and ensure top-notch service
- Interest in long-term career growth and advancement
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Ability to identify sales opportunities
- Understanding of sales skills including upselling, etc.
- Ability to identify industry trends and report to management
- Experience working with Shopify
- Understanding of data management and ROI’s
Compensation: $38,000-42,000 annually sales bonuses after 90 days, DOE.
