Job Overview
Zobility is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, developing agendas, and collaborating with Project Managers (PMs) and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, collaborate with PMs' staff
- Facilitate meetings when PM unable to attend
- Communicate directives of PM to core project staff in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Schedule, SMEs, etc.
- Coordinate site access (escorted and unescorted)
- Perform scheduling for PM/SMEs and execute requisite tasks under PM's direction or on PM's behalf
- Capture action items, status action item list regularly, and follow-up on behalf of PM as directed
Requirements:
- Prior experience coordinating large capital projects as part of a team facilitating communication to core project staff
- Prior experience performing scheduling for PM/SMEs and executing tasks under PM's direction
- Prior experience working directly on assisting with coordination of large AVR, Relay, MG projects
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in various teams including multi-disciplinary teams
