Job Description :
The Total Rewards Analyst will have main focus on Retirement.
Responsibilities will include managing and administering leave programs and retirement programs in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico).
The position will serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of FMLA and Retirement regulations in the U.S., excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities :
Serve as primary point of contact for employees, HR, and managers on requests related to retirement plans.
Primary point of contact for annual audits and working closely with outside auditors and retirement vendors.
Responsible for all compliance related testing and filings related to retirement plans. Client is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer
Conducts regular audits of retirement plans to ensure accurate data between payroll records and retirement vendors.
Stays updated on all retirement regulations to ensure the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate and participates as Record Keeper in regular required investment meetings.
Ensures plan documents related to retirement plans are updated and maintained.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on discretion and confidentiality
Strong analytical, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement
Knowledge of all pertinent U.S. federal and state regulations related to leaves and retirement plans including FMLA and Secure 2.0. Knowledge of interational leave and retirement plans and regulations a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work on various projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficiency with the organization's HCM system (Ceridian Dayforce) or similar HRIS system is preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
4 years experience in benefits administration with focus on leaves of absence and retirement plans
SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS, World at Work, or other HR-related certification is preferred
Education :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
