Requirements-
- Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is highly desired.
- ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Client.
- Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
- Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
- Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
- Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
- Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
- Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
- Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
- Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
- Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

- Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform binding, finishing, and quality control tasks.
- Handle, process, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive legal documents.
- Perform scanning, file conversion, file naming, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for keyword searches.
- Manage Tables of Contents (TOC) and ensure accurate file formatting for printing and electronic files.
- Conduct daily inspections of copier equipment; troubleshoot and clear paper jams, coordinating with technicians for repairs as needed.
- Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and packages, applying postage as required.
- Utilize various equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, joggers, and postage meters, to complete tasks.
- Provide professional support to executive-level clients, including legal secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys.
- Answer customer inquiries about job requests, status updates, and feasibility.
- Maintain records, inventory, and billing logs for supplies and services.
- Set up and prepare meeting and conference rooms; assist with building occupant moves and light maintenance duties.
- Ensure convenience copier areas are neat, stocked, and operational.
- Coordinate off-site projects and manage communication with vendors.
- Perform occasional cleaning duties and respond to off-hour emergencies as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility, accuracy, and professionalism while working under tight deadlines.
