Our receptionist/office assistant plays a key role as the first point of contact for our company. We are looking for someone who can multitask, has above-average computer skills, is detail oriented, has a courteous, professional personality, is customer focused, works well with others and maintains confidentiality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer Phones
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- General office support/filing
- Data entry for trucking department
- Postage
- Typing letters/procedures
Skill Set:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, handle and prioritize responsibilities
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Two years of related work experience
