Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to provide hands-on support in an environment with 30 users. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT agency to implement security strategies and new software, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This position also offers potential growth into a Salesforce Administrator role for those interested in developing expertise in CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with our IT agency to implement and manage security strategies, ensuring the protection of company data and systems.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and technology solutions across the company.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user guides.
- Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for employees.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within company systems.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or system errors.
- Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on new technology and IT best practices.
