About the Role
Zoomph is looking for a graduate-level student to join our customer and solutions teams for a long-term internship. This role is all-encompassing across our customer team which is responsible for onboarding new clients into the platform, promoting the adoption of current and new features, supporting, and delivering analytics projects, and retaining and expanding business. Our clients include teams across the NFL, NWSL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, LPGA, NASCAR, MLS (and beyond), global sports agencies, and Fortune 500 brands.
The graduate intern will gain experience in sports sponsorships, social media and broadcast analytics, software management, and customer success.
Zoomph is looking for candidates who are interested and able to commit 15-25 hours a week, for 1-2 full semesters during the 2024-25 school year. This internship will be remote.
What your day will look like…
- You will help the Zoomph Account and Solutions team's support and manage our portfolio of sports, agency, and brand clients, helping them gain insight and value from our tools and data.
- You’ll help set up and mange Zoomph client accounts, reports, and dashboards.
- You’ll help gather and organize sponsorship information.
- You’ll manage and deliver data analytics reports and projects.
- You’ll join client calls, meeting and learn from the brightest minds across sports business.

- You’re a current or upcoming graduate student that has the time and energy to commit to long-term internship. We will also consider upper-classer undergrads who will have limited coursework and can commit the necessary time.
- You’re interested in sports/brand partnerships, social media analytics, sponsorship measurement, etc.
- You’re studying (or have studied) anything related to sports marketing, sports business, social media marketing, or data analytics (with application to sports).
- You have experience with analytics and reporting tools and are comfortable with learning new software and some technical jargon.
- You’re proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and/or have familiarity with Tableau, APIs, XML, Python, JSON, R, or other data tools.
- You have previous, relevant internship experience in the world of sports, marketing analytics, etc.
- You demonstrate professionalism, dependability and reliability with clear thinking and attention to detail.
- You’re a collaborative team player, you’re open to new ideas, and you don’t take yourself too seriously.
Reporting:
- The role will report to the Zoomph Operations team.
Requirements:
- Laptop with a Windows PC running Windows 8.1 or higher or an Apple Macbook running OS 10.12 or higher.
- Must be able to provide proof of enrollment
- You’re authorized to work in the U.S.
