I'm looking for Recruiting Coordinator - Must be onsite 2 days per week for our client in NYC.
Contract is 5 months, 40 hrs full time and on-site occasionally. Pay rate is $30/hr
Responsibilities:
Candidate Management:
- Managing candidate data, including resumes, applications, and interview notes.
- Using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates' progress through the hiring process.
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering questions.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Coordinating candidate travel and accommodations, if necessary.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
- Scheduling interviews across departments
- Handling last-minute scheduling changes
Required Skills:
Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills:
- Recruiting Coordinators need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
