What Your Responsibilities Will be:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This list is not all inclusive.
· Use hook to pull Chuck from conveyor in rotation with other Chuck Boners.
· Pull Chuck Tender if required and Trim.
· Remove Neck and Rib Bones with knife from Chuck with minimal meat left on bones.
· Remove Back Strap and any Bone Chips left from feather bones or neck bones.
· Remove cartlidge from Paddle Bone area if needed.
· Push finished Boneless Chuck back on to conveyor.
· Steel knife and prepare for next Chuck on conveyor.
What We're Looking For:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
· Prefer 6 months Chuck Boning experience in the last 2 years.
