What Your Responsibilities Will be:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This list is not all inclusive.
· Use hook to pull Loin from conveyor in rotation with other Tenderloin Pullers.
· Mark tenderloin head around pelvic bone not cutting into Tenderloin.
· Mark Tenderloin down back bone falling the backbone at an angle to maximize yield.
· Start to remove Tenderloin from Loin avoid tearing the Tenderloin by following along feather bones and back bone, not using the hook.
· Push loin on to the boning conveyor.
· Trim Tenderloin to company specifications required and place in tub or on the line to be packaged.
· Steel knife and prepare for next Loin on conveyor.
What We're Looking For:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
· Prefer 6 months Chuck Boning experience in the last 2 years.
