What Your Responsibilities Will be:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This list is not all-inclusive.
· Use hook to pull and place chain on fore quarter hock to hang.
· Separate Chuck portion from Brisket by following seams.
· Remove shank meat from Chuck portion and place on belt.
· Make a cut around the arm bone and down to the natural seam.
· Make a knife cut along paddle bone.
· Separate the Clod from the Chuck portion and paddle bone area by following natural seem.
· Pull Clod down and place on belt.
· Mark Paddle Bone on both sides and with your hook score the back. Pull Paddle bone away from the Chuck portion and place on belt.
· Steel knife and prepare for the next Fore Quarter.
What We're Looking For:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
· Prefer 6 months of Shoulder Clod pulling or Chuck Boning experience in the last 2 years.
