Business Technology Solutions Manager - East Cluster
The individual will be responsible for growing the technology footprint across East Cluster accounts, specifically within the Life Sciences industry, including Pharma, R&D, and Med Devices. The role involves leading large-scale client business development and delivery engagements, managing and expanding existing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The candidate must deeply understand ZS’s service offerings and proactively identify and propose new solutions to address client needs. The role also requires strengthening capabilities within the Business Technology group by leveraging technology and industry expertise to drive growth.
What You’ll Do –
- Lead business development efforts to grow ZS’s presence in East Cluster 4 accounts;
- Manage and oversee large-scale technology delivery engagements within the cluster accounts;
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive tech expansion;
- Identify emerging trends and develop innovative technology solutions for clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and go-to-market strategies;
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
What You’ll Bring –
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- 10 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT services within the Life Sciences industry;
- Strong understanding of Pharma domain;
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth;
- Expertise in leading large-scale technology implementation and transformation projects;
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and drive strategic engagements;
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
