Job Description
Skill: Engagement Coordinator

• Manages communication and collaboration between customer teams and offshore teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries across different locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.
• Primary point of contact for addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Liaison between the client and Consultant.
• Internal coordination with internal IT teams and external stakeholders.

Solution Alignment:

• Identifying and understanding the client s business needs and translating them into IT solutions.
• Ensuring IT solutions are aligned with the client s goals and business objectives.
• Developing and presenting IT solutions to the client.
• Communication and Collaboration.
• Facilitating effective communication between the client and internal IT teams.
• Regularly communicating project status and updates to the client.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.

Business Acumen:

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles and IT technologies.
• Contributing to the development of IT strategies and plans.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the client and internal teams.

Project management skills:

• Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
• Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Business acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and IT technologies.
• Customer-oriented approach: A focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Technical understanding: A basic understanding of IT technologies and solutions.
• Experience in IT project management or consulting: Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
