Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Routing Specialist:

• Ensure passengers are picked up on time and routed efficiently.
• Manage and organize driver routes and schedules.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints.
• Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Qualifications of a Routing Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred.
