Responsibilities of a Fleet Routing Coordinator:
- Ensure passengers are picked up on time and routed efficiently
- Manage and organize driver routes and schedules
- Address customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints
- Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization
- Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications of a Fleet Routing Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
