Responsibilities of a Routing Coordinator:
- Ensure passengers are picked up on time and routed efficiently.
- Manage and organize driver routes and schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints.
- Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Qualifications of a Routing Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
