We are looking for an experienced VP of Business Develpment to lead and drive the growth of our taxi business in Biloxi, MS. This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction, foster a positive culture, and lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement and outreach.
• Lead recruitment, training, and mentorship of staff and independent contractor drivers, ensuring a comprehensive hiring and retention process.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration among the location staff and support teams.
• Oversee the vehicle maintenance program to ensure fleet readiness and service continuity.
• Manage safety and training programs to meet company, contract, and regulatory standards.
• Regularly engage with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Perform audits of department performance and operational processes.
• Analyze key operational metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously monitor location performance, addressing issues and implementing action plans to meet financial, safety, and operational goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in labor and employee relations activities at the location.
• Provide data and insights to support contract renewals.
• Develop and manage the location’s annual budget.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Operations Management experience, including leadership and P&L responsibility.
