Primary Essential Functions
- Develop design solutions and architectural concepts for mid-sized projects, working closely with senior designers and architects to refine and implement design ideas.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and 3D models, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.
- Conduct research on materials, codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical) to integrate building systems into architectural designs.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams during the design development and construction document phases to ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
- Participate in construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and addressing technical issues as they arise.
- Contribute to project quality control efforts by reviewing design deliverables and ensuring that documents meet internal and client standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Master’s degree in Architecture .
- Progress toward architectural licensure.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, and printers.
- Occasional light physical activity such as walking, standing, or carrying materials Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
