Description
RESPONSIBLE DIRECTLY FOR: Responsible for customer service and sale of product at Beverly Farm's Coffee/Resale shop in accordance with established policy. Responsible for sanitation duties as established.
JOB SUMMARY: Assist with day-to-day operations of retail store. Provide customer service and assist with store sales to increase profitability. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved or escalated to supervisor, and service is quick and efficient. Set out products and displays as advised my manager.
JOB DUTIES:

1. Take and prepare orders.
2. Process sales and monies.
3. Ensure high level of quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction at all times.
4. Assist with the Shop operations.
5. All other duties as assigned.
6. Ordering of necessary products

Qualifications
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Food service or retail experience helpful. Commitment to customer satisfaction required. Ability to obtain or currently hold the Food Handlers certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
