Construction Project Lead

MGD Builders started in 2010 and has experience in residential remodeling and ground-up builds. It has grown to handle small projects, six-figure remodeling, and commercial tenant improvement jobs. Responsibilities:

• 50% production and 50% management
• Direct field personnel and communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, planners, surveyors, inspectors, designers, and clients
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring proper signage is posted on the job site
• Work closely with the Pre-construction and Director of Construction to identify and solve problems
• Able to read plans and perform finish carpentry, framing, hanging crown molding, installing windows/door casings and baseboards, and installing hardware and fixtures
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities

Qualifications:

• 5 years of carpentry & remodeling experience
• Technical understanding of commercial and residential construction including trade sequencing, building codes, and best building practices
• Dependable and Punctual
• Ability to deliver projects within budget and on time
