Cookshop is a seasonal restaurant located in the heart of Chelsea, next to the High Line Hotel. Our menu showcases the market's freshest local ingredients and our wine list rotates weekly to ensure our guests always have something new and interesting to enjoy. 

Monday-Friday, we offer Lunch and Dinner. On the weekends, we serve one of NYC's best brunches. 

We are looking for an experienced Busser with Barista experience that likes fast paced environments along with great energy! We are creating exciting hospitality experiences in NYC and we are seeking fun, professional individuals who have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and above all else providing unparalleled guest service.

Main Responsibilities: 

● Support service team with ongoing table and floor maintenance, including: water service, clearing and cleaning tables and resetting tables with proper tableware 

● Must have Barista knowledge with making cappuccinos etc

● Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service at all times 

● Maintain full menu knowledge for both food and beverage items, including all allergen information 

● Adhere to all company policies and procedures 

● Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service and pre-bussing 

● Stock and prepare service related items 

● Maintain professional and warm guest communications 

● Knowledge of all table and position numbers, as well as descriptions, major components, and proper utensils for each dish
