We are seeking self-motivated, goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound leads, initiate outbound communications, and support our sales operations. This role is not just a job; it's a launchpad for your career in sales and digital marketing and will be critical to the agency's future success. .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Lead Management

- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients.

- Qualify leads through research and initial outreach to understand their needs.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.

2. Outbound Communication

- Proactively reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.

- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

3. Sales Operations Support

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management, reporting, and data analysis.

- Collaborate with Sales and Agency leadership to align on lead generation strategies and feedback.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

This is an entry-level sales position and we are willing to train the right candidate. However, here are some must haves:

- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:

- Experience using CRM software and sales tools.

- Prior experience in a B2B sales role.

- A basic understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social)
