Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Agent to join our team. As an independent member of the international Goodwill network, we have been committed to making a positive impact in South Central Wisconsin since 1971. The Asset Protection Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, employees, and customers.

Duties:
- Conduct surveillance to detect and deter suspicious activities
- Investigate and report incidents of theft or misconduct
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Utilize CCTV systems to monitor store activities
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage
- Write detailed reports on security incidents

Skills:
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques
- Knowledge of criminal investigation procedures
- Experience in surveillance practices is not required
- Possession of relevant certificates in asset protection or related field
- Background in law enforcement is a plus
- Familiarity with loss prevention methods is a plus
- Strong report writing skills
- Ability to operate CCTV systems effectively
