Requirements for the Agency Owner:

• Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Must be motivated and determined
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Insurance experience is strongly preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
